As a leader within Alcoa, you can help us fulfill our purpose and realize our vision to reinvent the aluminum industry. Be part of the team that is developing a legacy of excellence for the future.

About the role:

Are you a business or cyber security leader ready to drive a global cyber security transformation? Alcoa is seeking a Cyber Security Services Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives, elevate our Information Security Management System (ISMS), and embed security into the fabric of our global operations.

This is more than a leadership role, it's a chance to influence the cyber resilience across a global enterprise for a Fortune 500 manufacturer.

As the Cyber Security Services Manager, you will:

  • Strategize & Transform: Advance Alcoa’s cyber security strategy, maturity, and resourcing in alignment with ISO27001, NIST CSF, and other frameworks.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner across a diverse set of stakeholders within the IT and OT automation systems organization (ITAS) and across the Business to prioritize initiatives that meet their needs.
  • Lead & Inspire: work with a global team of architects, engineers, and analysts to establish principles, references, architectures, implementation guardrails for IT and OT environments, and many other security services to meet our customer’s needs and inculcate secure-by-design.
  • Innovate & Optimize: Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement across cyber services and capabilities. Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure excellence, value, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage & Measure: Demonstrate ROI of cyber investments and maturity of cyber security capabilities to governing bodies at an Executive and to individual stakeholders. Use performance metrics and risk indicators to support service development and depict security posture.

What you bring to this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, computer science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, global, cyber security programs and projects. (Agile knowledge or experience preferred)
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen and strong resource planning skills to prioritize cyber security investments and appropriately pace efforts based on shifting priorities and changes in threat landscape.
  • Ability to develop and mentor a highly technical team and represent complex technical information to non-technical business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years transforming business relationships with cyber security services.
  • 5+ years in enterprise technology programs (infrastructure, platforms, or applications).
  • Experience with cyber maturity assessments, service roadmaps, and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, manufacturing technologies, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience within a global environment.

Why Join Alcoa?

  • Global Impact: Influence cyber security across a multinational enterprise.
  • Innovation Culture: Drive change, embrace new technologies, and support transformation.
  • Leadership Opportunity: Build and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Strategic Role: Be a key advisor to the CISO and executive leadership.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation packages, including pay-for performance variable pay, recognition and rewards programs, and stock-based compensation awards (3-year vesting schedule)
  • Flexible spending accounts and generous employer contribution to the HSA
  • 401(k), employer match up to 6%, additional employer retirement income contribution (no vesting period), and a nonqualified deferred compensation plan
  • Holiday Pay: 11 holidays and one flexible holiday of your choice.
